Medium-intense aromas of apple flesh, white melon rind and yellow flowers open the nose of this fresh and inviting sparkler. Made from 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc and 10% Mauzac, it’s brisk and lively, with final hints of green apple and lime leaf.
